This transition comes as part of an intentional move by our founder, Preston James, to step into a more strategic role within the organization. After years of building DivInc from the ground up, Preston deliberately chose a leader who could carry the mission forward with the same passion, energy, and commitment that have defined DivInc since day one. In Tauri, he found exactly that. A leader whose heart is for the mission, proven experience in business development, and deep energy to support underrepresented founders in building great companies make her the ideal person to lead us into our next chapter.
