I have shared the content and been honest with myself at my own privilege but how can I be the change? As I look back at my portfolio I am deeply saddened at the lack of diversity. Why is it so difficult to get Black & Indigenous models approved? Not British, not Australian, not the right hair, not the right look. Hoping recent weeks have made a lasting impact so that we can finally remove these constraints in casting rather than being a trend in time 🖤
