📢We are hiring! We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Instructor to deliver high-quality, engaging tech courses to adult learners on Adult Skills Fund (ASF) programmes.
You’ll play a key role in supporting learners to develop technical skills, gain confidence, and progress towards employment in the tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver engaging, hands-on technical training in coding, cyber, data analytics and game design
✅ Support and mentor learners, providing feedback to drive progression and achievement
✅Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with QA and awarding body requirements
✅ Track cohort progress, attendance, and performance
✅ Contribute to curriculum improvement and ensure delivery reflects current industry standards
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience delivering ASF or similar funded programmes
✅ Teaching qualification
✅ Strong technical skills with relevant industry experience
✅ Understanding of funded programmes for unemployed learners (desirable)
✅ Awareness of the Ofsted Inspection Framework
