I had such a great afternoon shooting some BTS for the signing and sending of @wearecaptain ’s new album.
Getting to witness the energy between the band after 20 years, the variety that comes with shooting something completely new, and the incredibly warm welcome they gave me — pretty much making me feel like an honorary 6th member for the afternoon — was nothing short of 🔥

The Blue Rose, our 4th studio album (featuring beautiful artwork by @graciehailstone ) is finally finished and the link to the digital version has been sent to those who backed our kickstarter a million years ago. It will be available to buy via the usual streaming services soon, and there’ll be vinyl and CDs available at our gigs too. It’s taken us an absolute age to finish this, for various big life reasons. We imagined powder flying across the air, caught as it lightly brushed our faces, adding a slick, modish sheen.
What in fact happened was our manager chucked a massive bucket of flour on us and it clonked quite hard straight into the side of Alex's face – and we all laughed our heads off for some time if I remember correctly. His face…
