Who are we & what do we do?
We’re BREAD. We’re a brand studio designed to help founders build something from concept to launch.
Reach out if you have an idea, we’d love to hear from you!
A mix of who we’ve worked with, and who’s trusted us with their brands.
We work across all industries, but we usually partner with brands in fashion, cosmetics, FMCG, hospitality, services and property. We offer 1:1 support from concept to launch across brand strategy, visual identity, packaging, web design and ongoing retainer support.
We love brands keen to push the norm and do things differently.

@wearewhitepaper is one of London’s leading design and build firms, recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the UK’s fastest-growing private companies.
As the business entered a new chapter, their brand needed to grow with them. The goal was to move Whitepaper away from its early startup feel and build a visual identity that could support the next decade of growth.
The direction centred on quiet authority. Under the idea of Understated, Unmistakable, we created a more refined visual foundation with generous space, a custom wordmark, and a design system that lets their architectural work take the lead.
What we built is not a louder version of Whitepaper, but a clearer one. A brand system that gave Whitepaper a brand presence that finally matched the calibre of their work.
With the roll out of Whitepaper’s new branding & website, we developed a three-week pre-launch campaign across social and digital touchpoints to build recognition ahead of the reveal.
It gave the launch a considered lead-up, creating familiarity with the new direction before the identity went live.
+ 1,241% increase in website traffic during launch week
+ 1,225% increase in unique visitors, proving the campaign brought a significantly larger audience into the brand
+ 70% of first-hour traffic came direct, showing most visitors were intentionally visiting the website when it went live
+ 2.9K individual page views, showing people were actively exploring the new site
+ Launch-day traffic converted into email signups
Virality is just a sugar hit.
And to be honest, I don’t even think most people want to go viral. They just want their work to be seen by the people it’s actually for.
So I keep coming back to the same thing, it’s not about us chasing attention, it’s about earning trust.
And it takes showing up more than once (more than we probably want to) but it’s the new norm.
Would love to hear your thoughts if this resonated!

We positioned the product as an everyday essential, designed to sit beside your lipstick, not your worries. The goal was to make self-care feel instinctive, something women reach for without hesitation, talk about without discomfort, and take pride in without apology.
Through composition, tone, and language, we aimed to normalise the conversation around sexual health and place it where it belongs: in everyday life, without stigma or secrecy.

The concept grew from one line: from sheets to the streets.
We built a visual language around softness and strength, using textures, folds, and tones that hinted at intimacy without ever crossing the line. It was feminine, smart, and self-assured; the kind of visual you feel before you even read the words.
To take the idea further, we rolled out a bold poster series that invited women to engage with the brand in public spaces—sparking conversation, connection, and a sense of pride around modern sexual health.

Healthcare, but make it human.
Our role was to help a healthcare revolution find its voice and show up in the world with purpose. From print to digital, every detail was considered, discreet where it needed to be and intentional where it mattered most.
The language played a big part in that—cheeky enough to get people intrigued yet relevant enough to feel relatable and inviting into the brand!
We executed this across campaigns, posters and email marketing, speaking to women in a way that feels fresh, confident, and completely real. The challenge was finding balance between privacy and personality, creating something that felt empowering, not exposing.

Wabi was looking for an identity that felt elevated but grounded, one that reflected the ritual of matcha without falling into cliché.
We worked together to build the brand, taking cues from matcha and clay—both central to the practice.
The label pairs considered type and generous spacing with a rich cotton stock, adding tactility to its shelf presence. Every detail was considered to echo the pace and intention behind the product itself.

Working with @seeeingdouble we helped build a clear strategy and brand identity to allow their reworked vintage pieces and streetwear apparel to coexist effortlessly, something that felt a little challenging before.
Inspired by the classic Vivienne Westwood and influenced by heritage Stussy, we crafted a brand interpretation that balances traditionality with modern sensibility.
Cohesively we built out the design across multiple touch points from clothing tags and labels to market signage and comp cards—giving their brand a unified brand that truly reflects their work.
Proud to have worked with Hallie & Maddi and excited to watch them grow their brand with unique pieces, making a real impact in sustainable fashion.
