I truly believe that the greatest natural resource that the Philippines has is the coconut. Beyond drinking coconut juice and using it to cook, there’s a number of other benefits brought from this fruit. This journey began a couple years ago when my team and I first got interested in biochar, and the educational journey on its many benefits continues to astonish me. One of the majors benefits is when you can intercrop it with coffee - another crop that the Philippines can grow - to create some of the best and most often overlooked combinations. Happy to join the PCA and Dept of Agriculture to help bring awareness about what we’re able to grow in my favorite country.

Christmas time is officially here! But, if you’re from the Philippines, than Christmas season has been here for months now, and that’s because the 🇵🇭 has the longest Christmas season of the year - unofficially starting Sept 1. Why then, with a season so long and full of talented singers, does the country not contribute more of its original work to the holiday? This season we teamed up with the Sisters of Mary to put together an original track that the students will be able to benefit from for future generations.
A little Filipino car show in Carson for FAHM. Thank you everyone for coming out to support Carson and @weareaplfi to ring in the month. Where should the next show be?
The Ford F-100 truck is finally back from the shop! When we first retrofitted the truck, we made sure that we left the batteries out to showcase how the truck was clean powered. We took it back to our friends at @foremostev to place the batteries where we wanted them - beneath the hood and behind the bed - to hide it and give better weight distribution. Catch it this summer! #GreenThumbGarage
