Thank you to everyone who has supported me this far, and good luck to my fellow competitors! Excited to see the results!
This ‘52 Pan was owned by a fella named “Roach” from Baltimore. He built it in mid-late 70’s and apparently put a lot of miles on the bike with his club “Abraxas MC”. Aside from the singular original photo (picture 2), and knowing the builder’s name was Roach, there’s not much else known about the bike.
Since I got the bike in late November, I put in a lot of work. It’s been torn down to the frame and every single piece has been gone over, painted, or cleaned. Ultimately trying to restore it to what it looks like in the original picture.
A huge thank you to my dad for all my panhead related questions and letting me abuse his mechanical/fabrication skills! Truly wouldn’t of been able to do as nice a job without his assistance.
Also a thank you to @mikeymachinepaints for finding a way to lay a heavy coat of clear on the frame and tins!

Another huge thanks to @kurtdiserio and @orchestratic for an awesome show/experience.
This was the first show one of my bikes was ever invited to and am happy I was able to be apart of it!

Here is what I’ve been working on (not looking for suggestions).
Lately an average shop day is me working for 6 hours, having nothing to show for it, and then having 4 new big time issues by the end of the session.
That’s just how it goes sometimes, all is well though!

Thank you @bakerdrivetrain for sponsoring @biltwell_peoples_champ !
Was really stoked to pick up your N-1 Shift System, and am super stoked on the quality of your parts.
More or less what went into my license plate mount.
Really struggled finding a good spot for my plate. Wanted the rear of this bike to be tight and narrow. Very happy with this location.
Simple tail light bracket. Trying to keep the rear tight, and have nothing super bulky going on.
Most trick part of this is taking a 6 volt light and figuring out how to get a dual filament bulb in there.
