This week, we held the Hype Awards 2025, a moment I personally look forward to every year.
Not because of the trophies, but because it gives us a pause. A pause to acknowledge effort, growth, discipline, and the people who quietly carry the weight of the work every single day.
2025 was a demanding year. We scaled, we stretched, we learned, and we built. What makes it more meaningful is that this growth was not just creative or operational, it was financial too, with the organization growing over 700%. But numbers alone don’t define progress. The real achievement is how the team showed up through the pressure and kept the standard intact.
Last year, our focus was sustainability.
This year, our focus is quality.
Better thinking. Stronger strategy. Cleaner execution. Work that is intentional, not rushed. If it means slowing down certain decisions to do things properly, we will. Because long-term brands are not built on speed, they are built on depth.
These awards are a reflection of that mindset. Of consistency. Of ownership. Of people who do not settle for average and who take pride in what they create.

Roche’s World Diabetes Day 2025 campaign introduced their new Continuous Glucose Monitoring Sensor in a clear, easy-to-understand way. We showed how the device fits into everyday life by placing friendly 3D characters into real-life scenes, making it simple, relatable, and engaging for people to understand why the Continuous Glucose Monitoring matters during diabetes care.
