This annual celebration, now in its fourth successful year, continues to grow in purpose and power — all thanks to the love and support from our incredible community and partners.

**WeTogether** was felicitated on stage by **Chief Guest Dr. Aditi Govitrikar** and **Founder Richa Mehta**, symbolising the strength of collaborations rooted in compassion and a united vision.
From one year to the next, *Ear To Hear* has now grown to touch lives in **21 states**, reaching and uplifting over **7,000 women** through community, care, and conversation.

I'm Bhawna Sharma, an educationist and principal at Das Universal Academy, as well as a curriculum specialist with Physics Wallah. With over 29 years of experience, I've dedicated myself to holistic education, skill-based learning, and community engagement. My background includes leadership roles at DPS and Hindon Public Sr. Sec. School, where I led teams, trained educators, and championed inclusivity. I'm also involved in pro bono work with NGO SFHEERA, conducting workshops, counseling, and skill enhancement programs. I've been recognized with several awards, including the Swami Vivekananda Teacher's Excellence Award and Rani Lakshmi Bai Women's Day Award. My mission is to ignite curiosity, compassion, and creativity in every child, and I'm passionate about music, gardening, and creativity.
