WE CREATE event agency, specializing in destination weddings, reveals how to craft a Rococo Wedding Welcome Dinner that doesn’t just impress, it becomes part of your legacy.
An evening where a château transforms into a living theatre, where every guest steps into a secret narrative, and where the spirit of Marie Antoinette is felt in every detail.
Because a true welcome dinner is never just a prelude, it’s the beginning of a story no one will ever forget.

Nestled in the heart of Provence, Château de la Gaude is an 18th-century estate where elegant architecture meets poetic gardens of fountains, terraces, and vineyards, making it the perfect stage for a truly immersive wedding experience.

Imagine arriving at a wedding with no idea what awaits you and in the next moment, you’re no longer a guest, but part of a hidden court from the time of Marie Antoinette.
Imagine arriving at a château where the story begins from the very first moment…
A sealed envelope is waiting for you wax-stamped. Inside, not just a welcome… but the rules of the castle.
Because you are no longer just a guest.
You now belong to a House.
Your only task: find your own.
Each guest was assigned to a House with its own character, its own energy, its own secrets. Some moved with quiet elegance, observing more than speaking. Others were bold, playful, impossible not to notice. Some trusted intuition, others followed words, clues, glances.
Every House carried a hidden question and only by finding the right people, the right answers, could you complete it.
And just like that, strangers became allies…
and the Welcome night turned into a game of intuition, connection, and discovery.
We’re gearing up for the most over-the-top unconventional wedding of the season. But first we’re bringing all the major Royal Houses and dynasties of Europe together in the castle.

Goodwill Gala 2026
The evening included a charity auction structured around exclusive lots. Proceeds were directed to four organisations: the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, Rondine Cittadella della Pace, Comunità San Patrignano, and the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem Association. The selection covers environmental work, peace-building, social rehabilitation and humanitarian activity in the Middle East, reflecting the Club’s effort to balance philanthropic causes across distinct fields rather than concentrate support in a single area.
