Una construcció que ha captat l’atenció tant de veïns com d’experts en arquitectura. Aquest habitatge de tres plantes s'ha convertit en un referent de disseny minimalista, eficiència estructural i integració amb l'entorn natural.

In 2025, we were selected, together with @_ocaarchitects , to lead the transformation of an existing industrial facility into a new Care Community Centre.
The proposal embraces the existing precast concrete structure as a valuable resource. The intervention becomes an exercise of identifying what can be retained, what must be reinforced, and how both can coexist.
A new steel framework is introduced to support and strengthen the original structure, extending its lifespan while enabling future adaptability. This additional layer ensures structural performance and offers the possibility of adding a new floor.

A defining feature of Křižanova Pila’s winning proposal is the new City Hall of Valašské Meziříčí, conceived as a fully permeable, 360º civic building. Its circular shape seeks seamless connections with the surrounding urban fabric, mediating between large-scale infrastructure and the smaller residential context. Designed as a flexible and adaptable structure, the building ensures optimal workplace conditions.

In the proposal for the Celje Passenger Centre, we designed an above-ground parking structure integrating the bus terminal at ground level. From the outset, it was conceived as a flexible piece of infrastructure, capable of evolving over time. In particular, we explored its potential to be adapted in the coming years to accommodate housing and office uses, anticipating different phases of occupation and responding to changing functional needs.

🎉 We are delighted to share that our team has won the two-phase international competition for the new Intermodal and Civic Centre in Valašské Meziříčí. The project includes the design and development of the new city town hall, a bus terminal, a parking garage, and extensive public spaces, as well as the design of two new residential blocks.
Titled “Infrastructures for the Future,” the proposal embraces the principles of adaptability and circularity, addressing both the present urban context and the longterm development potential of the area. It reimagines how buildings can evolve, adapting their uses from today’s needs to those of tomorrow

The Březno Primary School is composed of three distinct volumes connected by a central circulation core, forming a unified and efficient whole with dedicated interior collective areas. With its low, horizontal profile, the building integrates seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. It blends traditional elements—such as extended eaves transformed into outdoor corridors—with a modular precast concrete system that reimagines how school buildings can be built efficiently and flexibly.

A key intervention involves demolishing the wall of the former façade that separated the living room from the kitchen and dining area, along with extending the old gallery. At the heart of this space, a suspended concrete structure is introduced.
