⚙️ It's national apprenticeship week! Apprenticeships create real pathways from training to meaningful careers. WDBCCC is proud to support apprenticeships through two of our workforce initiatives: Civil Engineering Degree Apprenticeship Pathway (CEDAP) and EMT to Paramedic Apprenticeship Pathway.
CEDAP: A structured pathway for community college students to enter civil engineering careers through paid bridge programs, cohort-based learning, support services, internships, and formal apprenticeships.
EMT to Paramedic: A paid, hands-on pathway for EMTs to advance to paramedic certification with free tuition, real-world training, and a direct route to a long-term medical career.
