From performing in more than 50 WCT productions to directing, championing new local works, and advocating for arts education, Janet Michael has helped shape theatre in Kamloops for decades 🎭❤️
After moving from Newfoundland alongside her husband, Artistic Director David Ross, Janet helped bring important local stories to the stage, including "Boris Karloff Slept Here" and "Ernestine Shuswap Gets Her Trout!"

Terry Shupe is a man of many talents. Recognized as an Honorary Life Chairman of WCT’s Board, he’s also a retired Kamloops Provincial Court judge and woodworker👨⚖️🪵
As a founding board member and longtime Chairman, Terry served WCT for over 30 years! He played a key role in bringing the Sagebrush Theatre to Kamloops - helping lead fundraising efforts, hiring artistic directors, and championing the value of live theatre in the city. 🎭🏢
