🌍 From Vatican City to Capitol Hill: A Constitutional Vision for Peace
On 23 January 2026, the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC) presented in Washington, D.C. the First Draft of the Constitutional Charter for Peace, Regeneration and the Flourishing of Mother Earth and Humanity — a pioneering framework designed to respond to the systemic challenges of our technological, geopolitical and ecological age.
Following high-level engagements in Vatican City and the U.S. Capitol, the Charter was introduced to policymakers, diplomats, spiritual leaders and international stakeholders as a new global pathway for peace — ethical, safeguarded, and institutionally guaranteed.
For the first time in history, peace is envisioned not only as a moral aspiration, but as a constitutional infrastructure, enabled by quantum technologies, ethical synthetic intelligence and decentralized systems.
