This Leave a Legacy Month, we celebrate Giao and Minh-Thu's planned gift to Women's College Hospital Foundation, made in honour of Giao’s father who was a physician in Vietnam, and inspired by the care they've received from Dr. Carol Kitai at WCH. Their hope is simple: that their gift will help WCH support more compassionate physicians like Dr. Kitai, so that every patient who walks through these doors gets the care they truly deserve.

A new study published in The Lancet found that AI-supported screenings are better at detecting early-stage breast cancer than human-only screenings. And at Women's College Hospital, this technology is already at work.
