Tech Do Good provides digital access to underserved communities in Singapore.
They started in April 2021 and have served over 100 beneficiaries islandwide.
Tech Do Good has been serving beneficiaries by providing free laptops to those who cannot afford one. Our beneficiaries are mostly youths who need laptops to perform their home-based learning.
We are striving to also serve adult-learners who are unable to afford digital access to upskill themselves.
The devices that we provide are from donations that we get from the members of the public when we made the open call to collect pre-loved devices via social media.
Tech Do Good is currently trying to scale up their operations in order to touch more lives. We aim to raise $30,000 during the month of April 2022. With the financial resources, we will be able to refurbish more donated laptops. We also plan to create programs that can help our beneficiaries gain relevant skills that will expose them to the tech industry.
