Delicious tapas at Urban Brewing in the Dublin docklands in an old shipping warehouse known as Stack A. House made beer, ceviche, baked cheese, and we somehow ended up getting a private tour of their brewing facility with Roald the brewer!

Ireland Day 6 took a decidedly literary turn: Brekkie Bap at The Cheeky Piglet, amazing and inspiring collection at the Museum of Literature Ireland, a stroll thru St. Stephen's Green, afternoon pint at Ireland's smallest pub The Dawson Lounge, Molly Malone statue, the impressive Long Room library at Trinity College, and Oscar Wilde's childhood home and monument.
