Today we honor a great producer, musician and friend. Someone who gave their all into music, and did so purely for the love of it.
Mark, known to the community as Prodbytytaan, was a Zambian producer who joined WAVS in 2022. He produced for Vory, Coustin Stizz, Zādok, and FLVME among others.
We knew Tytaan well through the lens of the platform. He was as meticulous in discussing ideas as he was in creating his art.
His catalog has been sampled thousands of times and we’re honored to play a part in his record Made Me This Way with Vory.
We encourage you to sample Tytaan’s music and keep his legacy alive. People aren’t immortal, but songs very well could be.

The bank blends warm analog tones, lush pads, soulful leads, vintage-inspired keys, and deep basses to natural strings.
Many sounds were resampled through vintage gear, including a ¼-inch TEAC tape machine and a Tascam Porta Studio, then mixed through an SSL console to add analog warmth, saturation, and depth.
