Designed to sit gently within the slope, every level unfolds with purpose, light and connection to place. It’s where challenge becomes something truly special.

A courtyard that draws you in at our completed Hill House project at Burleigh Heads.
Timber underfoot, filtered light and layered planting shift from the openness of a coastal walk to the immersion of a rainforest. Bravo to Scott Wegener and the team at @projectlandscape_au and @goldcoastlandscapecreations for bringing this to life.

Materiality, done right. At Maybree Estate, the palette was designed to feel grounded in the Tallebudgera Valley with raw stone, warm tones and a form that sits naturally within the hinterland landscape. We think it’s these details that shape a home’s character over time.

Hill House, Burleigh Hill. Perched high on the hillside, this home was designed to respond to its landscape with layered volumes, natural materials and a strong connection to light from morning through to night.
As the sun sets, the architecture shifts. Timber warms, glass glows, and the home reveals another side of its design. A considered coastal home shaped by its landscape, light and elevation, Hill House was a very special project for the Wave team.
