Mixture: 1/2 tsp Turmeric, 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp kosher salt. Sift together, add 2 Tbsp Olive oil to blend well.
Work this blend into 1lb of our Primal Ground Beef.
The orange tone and composition of the turmeric creates a crispy crust.

Today is moving day for pigs! They move weekly to a fresh pasture paddock. Today's move is to a paddock that has rested for 6 weeks: this rest is the regenerative cycle of farming where the grass recovers in between moves.
And who doesn't love a food truck? The pigs also have their own "food truck" called the Grain-o-vator that replenishes their feed, which is also part of their big moving day.
Once all details are checked off and the lot is secure, gates open for them to strut their stuff into fresh pasture.
