Our campus provides the professional facilities and coaching needed to build a resilient body. Strength and conditioning is fully integrated into our development program and given by @modi_watersleysport
The sessions are designed not just to build power, but to prioritize injury prevention and mobility. This ensures our riders remain flexible, balanced, and physically prepared for the demands of the season!

At Watersley, we bring together talented riders from all over the world and give them a unique opportunity to develop in a professional cycling environment.
This month we have a new addition to our infrastructure, seven promising U17 riders are living and training on our campus, fully immersed in our junior development program. From structured training to race experience, they get a taste of what it means to grow as an athlete at the highest level.
And theyโve already made a strong start, with 4 podium finishes in their first two races last weekend! Later this month, theyโll take on one of the most iconic races in cycling: the Ronde van Vlaanderen ๐ง๐ช
We canโt wait to see how they continue to grow during their time at Watersley.

We're opening our doors on Saturday June 13, between 10 AM and 5 PM to show you all that we have to offer within our collection and have you experience The Dream Society.
Join us for guided tours, sports clinics, food, lab testing and maybe even make a dream come true โจ We have a special area for kids, so bring the whole family along to enjoy this day!

Our schedule is packed with the women U17 program added to the mix this month. We have had a great season so far and looking forward to some iconic races in May and see the potential riders for next season in action!

At Watersley, weโve seen the gap between Junior and Pro ranks grow too wide. To make sure no talent is left behind, we are officially relaunching the Watersley R+D Cycling Team U23.
Our mission is to create the bridge for riders so they can keep developing over a few more years in an environment that is made for it. Weโve seen it work with our previous U23 including Koch and Bredewold, and we are excited to expand it in the future!
Stay tuned as we begin the journey of selecting the riders for the upcoming season
