It goes without saying that our events are nothing without our incredible artist @ddtosh so with just one day to go we wanted to celebrate Glasgow’s best poster artist 🧑🎨
Duncan has been curating incredible works since we first started clubbing, most notably forging years of culture with eligible bachelors @jutecityjam 🤫 One of the most stand up guys you’ll ever meet, Duncan’s instantly recognisable style is as unique as it is visually striking. We are proud to call him a pal and wouldn’t be running these events without him ❤️

ARTIST PROFILE: smokeylegatta 🏴
“smokeylegatta” also known as “SLG” is an up-and-coming Producer/DJ based in Glasgow that makes a range of music but more commonly in the genres of UKG and Trap.
His go-to tracks for a set are bumpy 4x4, dark 2-step and everything in between with ‘Gemi’, ‘Kaisui’ and ‘MPH’ making a usual appearance.
He is also 1/2 of the DJ duo ‘SPYRAL UK’ that he made with his close friend and fellow Producer DJ ‘hiRobbie’.

ARTIST PROFILE: Loose E ☀️
LOOSE E is a Filipina-Scottish DJ based in Glasgow, making waves with her high-energy selections and love for breaks, UK funky, and UKG. Despite only stepping behind the decks a year ago, she has quickly risen as a promising DJ in Glasgow’s party scene.
Starting out as a devoted clubber at events like Midnight Bass, she has transitioned from the dancefloor to the booth, bringing a fun and fresh sound to every set. She’s already played for Polka Dot Disco and Bare Maximum, with a debut at The Berkeley Suite last December and two more gigs at the legendary venue lined up this month.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Stones Taro, DJ co.kr, and Joy Orbison, LOOSE E blends infectious rhythms with heavy basslines. With an instinct for energy and an ear for underground sounds, she’s one to keep an eye on as she carves out her space in Glasgow’s UKG scene.

ARTIST PROFILES: hiRobbie B2B Seah ⚠️
First up on the artist spotlights are the HANAMI brothers themselves, headlining the night with a mix of original productions and club classics 🫡
From the small city of Perth, Scotland, Seah encapsulates his UK bass and Dance music influences within his productions and sets. Spanning genres including UKG, Hard House and Jungle and inspired by bass heavy sounds, Seah’s productions have found support with artists like Osmosis Jones, DRIIA and FUKHED. He has also featured on respected platforms such as Rinse FM and Subtle Radio, on the latter of which he also holds a residency with his label co-founder hiRobbie.
hiRobbie is a familiar DJ and producer in the Scottish scene and is recognised for his high energy UK Garage Tracks. He has also released on recognised labels such as Locked On Records, Garage Shared, and several others. In addition to his solo work, hiRobbie is a member of the DJ duo SPYRAL with his mate smokeylegatta and is the second member of our showcase label, HANAMI Sounds.

Late last year we were fortunate enough to organise a live piano session with @nadiasummer , who gave a deeply moving performance to an intimate crowd in Edinburgh’s @pianodrome 🎹
