Waters Cafe is hiring team leads to help us make great sandwiches, great coffee, and great teams.
We’re looking for a Front of House Lead and a Back of House Lead to help run shifts and work alongside our team.
These are hands-on roles: making sandwiches, food prep, helping the line move, supporting the team during busy service, and helping keep things organized.
We’re looking for people who: • take pride in their work • communicate clearly with a team • stay calm and focused during busy shifts • enjoy helping others succeed
Leadership experience is preferred, but reliability, good judgment, and a strong work ethic matter most.
Pay: $15–$17/hr + tips (tips typically add about $6/hr or more)
Schedule: Full time, usually 30+ hours per week
