The Child Care Subsidy Program covers part or all of the costs for parents who are working, studying, in training, or job searching. The DC Child Tax Credit climbed to $1,000 per dependent this year, with no cap and full refundability. The DC Earned Income Tax Credit now matches the federal credit at 100%.â
