How good is your grip?
How to make your lift count:
✅ Yellow tape must be visible on BOTH sides of your hand!
- Handle should be as parallel to the floor as possible.
✅ Hand between the legs — free hang
- No bracing against your leg. Pure grip strength only.
✅ Film your lift if staff don’t witness it
No video/ staff witness = no lift.
✅ Clean lockout required
The weight must be clearly off the floor with zero movement —
- No drifting up or down.
