This past summer, I had the wonderful opportunity of being a swing for both “Evita” @sfplayhouse and the SF cast of @theempirestripsback 🙏 On this day, I made my swing debut in Evita during a matinee, then headed over to the Empire for the evening show on the same day.
These experiences pushed me to learn so much about what it takes to be a swing, and I enjoyed every moment with its dips and peaks. Thank you for a summer I’ll never forget!!

After 90+ shows and 17 weeks, we finally closed “A Chorus Line”. For 6 days/8 shows a week, I experienced the most grueling, yet fruitful production I’ve been a part of. With each performance, I got to create a character I’ve fallen in love with in Lori (Larry), and had my first understudy experience with Connie. Best of all, I got to do it with the most passionate and dedicated cast I’ve been blessed to be a part of.
Thank you to the cast and crew for this rewarding experience, and to @sfplayhouse for allowing me to check “A Chorus Line” off my dream show bucket list! Time to jaunter and saunter my way to a break, whatever that means 💕

First year in NYC ✅
I dubbed this past year my ✨training arc✨era. While I’ll always be learning and growing, this year I’m hitting the ground running and making some movesssss 🐴

“How Did We Come to This?” - The Wild Party
For the next part of my Training Arc, I decided to take a Cabaret Performance course with @michaelkirklane@92ndstreety
I’ve been focusing on technique, so I wanted to do something more performance-based. In the spirit of cabaret, I chose songs that were incredibly personal to me, no matter how intimidating they were to sing at first. I ended my last week in NY for the year by taking risks and reminding myself why I moved in the first place.
I can’t wait to continue this journey when I come back in the new year :)
