WARNING IS COMING TO OBSIDAN DUST!
We’re more than thrilled to announce our last band to complete the Obsidian Dust 2026 bill.
Legendary British doom band @warningdoom will close the Orangerie stage on Saturday 16 May.
The band has just released their excellent new single ‘Stations’ and their new album ‘Rituals of Shame’ is dropping soon. Man, we’re in for such a ride!
So what are you waiting for? Tickets are still available at our ticket page.
Come join the best blistering raw riffs party of the year in Brussels!
It’s been the best part of a decade since Warning last performed at Roadburn Festival, the very first show in our series of Watching from a Distance concerts, and looking back, so much has happened between then and now. And yet, this Sunday, Warning will return to play the main stage of the 013 in Tilburg, on the eve of a new studio album, at what is still, for me, the best music festival anywhere in the world.
Of course we’ll be revisiting songs from that 2006 album, but you can also expect some new music, giving you a taste of the songs from our upcoming record, Rituals of Shame, released June 19 on Relapse Records.
I really look forward to seeing so many new and familiar faces this weekend.
Lots of love,
Patrick.
19.10 this Sunday, on the Main Stage at Roadburn.

This time last year, writing was under way for ‘Rituals of Shame’. It became a full-time pursuit, seven days a week, over three months. Alongside this, negotiations were happening with Relapse to release the album. 2025 was the year that the album was created. This year is the time it will be shared. Thank you for the generous feedback following yesterday’s announcement.

“It’s my privilege to be able to present to you the first track released from 'Rituals of Shame’,” Patrick Walker shares as ‘Stations' is now available. “Whether you’re among those who have been waiting for this for twenty years, or whether you’re new to my music, it is with great pleasure and some relief, that I can finally give you a taste of the album that will follow later in the year. I wrote and recorded the entire record throughout 2025. This is the year I shall have the honour of sharing it with you.”
