Today we celebrate Stacey!
Stacey has been at Waring for over 4.5 years. In that time, we have seen how much Stacey enjoys connecting with clients. A true problem solver, Stacey loves providing modern and efficient design solutions to fit their needs. Within the office, Stacey says she finds great satisfaction and fulfillment in mentoring junior team members. For this, we are so grateful. đ
In her free time, Stacey enjoys reading, crocheting, and hiking. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. We are so happy to have Stacey on Team Waringâkeep up the great work!

Meet the woman who started it all: Karin Waring Crawford.
In December 1986, during a major recession, commercial real estate was collapsing into receivership and foreclosure. The national design firm Karin worked for filed for bankruptcy, and commercial design firms were few and far between. From that uncertainty, Waring Associates was bornâthanks to Karinâs vision and courage.
Karin says her favorite part of the industry is âthe exposure and support of our clients,â and she especially loves seeing âthe growth and success of our employees.â
Outside of work, Karinâs passion is skiingâand it shows. A lifelong skier, she can truly hang with the best. She also treasures time with family and friends. Karin is a wonderful mother, wife, and leader of this firm. Thank you, Karin, for dreaming big back in 1986. What a journey itâs beenâweâre so grateful.
