Public art is an integral part of our campus experiences. Bay Mother, a striking sculpture by Frederick Gelb, is featured in one of the pocket parks at our Aquatic Park Research Campus—inviting reflection, connection, and a deeper appreciation of the surrounding environment. #publicart #artforall #WarehamDevelopment #sculpture @fredgelbsculptor #artappreciation
Wareham Development is a proud sponsor of @berkeleyhumane . We’re excited to share that this year’s Bark (and Meow) Around the Block found loving homes for 211 pets and welcomed over 3,000 attendees. The event also featured a groundbreaking ceremony for the Bay Area Animal Resource Center (BAARC), an exciting step toward expanding critical services for animals and the community.
Wareham’s director of community relations, Judith Wetterer, told the crowd: “Wareham cannot be more supportive of this groundbreaking and construction of Berkeley Humane’s new home and their selfless service to our community for future generations.”

Only 2 days left for you to grab tickets to @berkeleyhumane 's 11th annual Pints for Paws event. Won’t you join us (and our pets) in supporting this worthwhile event? It has unlimited craft beer, cider, and wine tastings, as well as exciting non-alcoholic selections and some of the sweetest, most adoptable dogs and cats in the East Bay. If you find a furry forever friend, you can even adopt them for free! We’ll see you there!
If you can’t make it to the event, please consider becoming a sponsor of next year’s event, become a volunteer, foster parent, or make a donation to help Berkeley Humane, voted best animal adoption center in the East Bay last year.

Great turnout and enlightening discussion at @biocomca ’s roundtable with local biotech leaders and @mayoradenaishii of Berkeley and Mayor David Mourra of Emeryville. Wareham was happy to host this important meeting at our EmeryStation Research Campus so our tenant base in both cities could meet the mayors and ask the questions pertinent to all.

Thrilled to be featured in Berkeleyside! “'No shortcuts’ at new Thai restaurant Bangkok by the Bay” shares how owners Sung Makawatsakul and Nantika Julakasilp turned a longtime dream into a delicious reality — well worth the wait. We’re proud to have @bangkokbythebay as a valued tenant at our Aquatic Park Research Campus, and we love partnering with them for tenant events through their exceptional catering.
