Wareham Development was proud to partner with @berkeleylab and host our annual Berkeley Lab K-12 STEM Career Day at our EmeryStation Research Campus in Emeryville. Over 150 students from five local high schools spent the day exploring a wide range of STEM careers at our tenant research companies, participating in workshops, and hearing directly from professionals about their research and work in science and technology. Breakfast for the students was provided by @polariscafe and lunch was provided by @rubyscafeemeryville - both valued tenants of Wareham research campuses. The curiosity and enthusiasm these students brought to the day remind us that the future of innovation starts with opportunities like these! The event also featured a groundbreaking ceremony for the Bay Area Animal Resource Center (BAARC), an exciting step toward expanding critical services for animals and the community.
