✨️ So, how do we make our jewelry? ✨️ We start with designing the pieces first by hand and then drawing the models that we are going to etch with CAD. After this we transfer the design on brass sheet and start the etching process which takes around 20 to 40 minutes for a piece. After the etching comes the "real work". We saw the pieces out by hand and clean up the edges with files and sandpaper. Forge the pieces that needs to be forged. Then it is time to solder the jump rings that we made from brass wire and craft and solder the bezels for the stones. For the bezels we use silver bezel strip and sterling silver. Our earring hooks are also handmade by using 0,8mm sterling silver wire. After the soldering the pieces need a good clean up before we use the patina on them. Aaaand after the patina we clean them up from the parts that we want the brass to show and shine. Then we polish all the pieces by hand and cover them with renaissance wax to keep the shine and to protect the patina. Lastly we assemble the pieces together.
