NEW BILE STUDY EP OUT ON 1/16 YEA YEA YEA i had lotsa fun making the cover art and the flyer! except it was kinda difficult and frustrating cuz i really wasnt fuckin w either of them til the last second. i was up at like 1am with my glue sticks feeling grumpy as hell cuz i thought it was ugly. I spent a lot of time getting the colors right. I had a lot of trouble adjusting the colors digitally cuz some of the reds scanned super orange and it pissed me off. I use Krita for digital art stuff cuz it’s free but i’m v new to digital art stuff so it’s hard to figure out what all the words mean ! Ive long felt like this EP is all crimson/dark grey/bruise tones whereas TIOBW was all green n yellow n black. Bring back chartreuse… Underrated color This band makes me feel inspired by colors. I included pics of my initial canva mockup & the paper copy of the ep cover before i scanned it. I was inspired by the blizzard of 77! Buffalo classic. I’ve been waiting a long time to use the Bile Study Hot Dog Wrapper in a collage, it’s very special 2 my heart

My own recipe!! These are so delicious. The glutinous rice flour makes them chewy & soft similar to rice cake. This is a fairly easy & rewarding sourdough recipe because it doesn’t take terribly long to make (you can skip refrigeration) and doesnt require any super complicated shaping. I like to make a big batch and freeze them, then reheat in the microwave or air fryer when i want a sweet treat. I sometimes add crushed nuts to the filling but tbh my bestie is allergic to tree nuts and I dont want to accidentally poison her if i reheat a hotteok when she comes over.
