What “Life be lifing” looked like for the past few weeks
Extensive and limitless gratitude to everyone who I had the chance to meet for the 1st time, and/or hang out once again, from Europe back to Montreal.
Fortunate, thankful, and lucky are the words that comes to mind when I reflect on all of these moments.

Ahead of Saturday’s Dane’s Dance Emporium x Voyage Funktastique session this Saturday at Performance Works, we asked Walla P to contribute a mix to our Pacific Spirit series.
As predicted, he did not disappoint! In our opinion (and many others) Walla P is one of the purest and most talented DJs in the funk, disco, and boogie sphere, and we can’t wait to see him do his thing here in Vancouver for the first time.

“For this guest mix, I got inspired by listening to some of the previous mixes, lots of atmospheric/ambient grooves from records that came out over the last decade or so. Lots of stuff you don’t get to usually play, but I like to think that this could be the soundtrack for my flight to Vancouver.”
