“Is this place up to fire code?” That was the first thought running through our heads as we lugged our mountain of gear down a creaky, narrow staircase into an old brick basement of a café in Prague. (Spoiler: probably not.) But after a good night’s rest in a hotel just up the hill and finally scoring some excellent coffee, we were feeling ready to tackle another leg of our European trek.
The green room was stocked, the hospitality was top-notch, and spirits were high, but nothing could’ve prepared us for what was about to unfold. This crowd? Sold-out and absolutely wild. It was one of those nights where the air practically crackles with electricity, the kind of energy that turns a show into a memory you carry for a lifetime.

London is a town where we love hold court in local pubs before and after the show with some of our closest friends and fans. The support and energy from this crowd stood out as one of the best from this tour.
London may have also been the first stop on the Walking Papers kebab tour 2018. The amount of kebabs consumed post-show would probably shock you.

Just released! Walking Papers Bootleg Series Volume 1: Live in Berlin 2018 Berlin, Germany October 5th, 2018 at Bi Nuu
After the release of WP2 in 2018, the second iteration of Walking Papers, led by Jeff Angell and Ben Anderson, embarked on several tours. We headlined a few of our own, and opened for Alice In Chains and Myles Kennedy. By the fall, the WP2 tour had us crisscrossing Europe, playing over twenty shows in thirteen countries—all while packed into a Sprinter van, with our gear rattling along in a trailer behind us. This lineup marked a significant change from the original four-piece. It was a larger, more dynamic group that shifted Jeff Angell from guitar duties to a full-fledged role as frontman and lead vocalist.
