Billy, our Group Bar Development Manager, visited London this week with the Walcot and Little Walcot bartenders to check out the Tate Modern, Borough Market, the Lyaness and the Shard.
While the trip was enjoyable, it was entirely for research purposes. The team will use art as inspiration for our spring bar menus. So you might be sipping on a Picasso or Warhol-inspired cocktail before you know it.

These are Bath-based, full-time positions.
We recently took a trip down to Orchard Farm between the Blackdown & Quantock Hills. We had the pleasure to meet with third-generation farmer James who heads up Prestige Pork. Through good breeding, quality home produced barley, wheat and maize feed and exceptional welfare standards, they’re producing some of the highest quality pork for our our butcher’s counters, hot food section and @walcotgroup menus.
Their pigs, which are Landrace crossed with Large Whites, lead stress-free lives on James’ family farm in the beautiful Somerset countryside where they can forage outdoors.
An obligatory visit to the fantastic family-run @rumwellfarmshop too, of course. Thanks for having us James đź’š
It’s been a lovely start to spring. We’re rolling out new menus filled with lots of the new season’s ingredients — asparagus, rhubarb, lamb and lots more.
There’s lots happening behind the scenes too. We’ve submitted plans for the White Hart (exciting!!) and we continue to grow. That means we’re looking for standout talent to join both our front & back of house teams.
