// ARTURIA, 2026 . . . House Explorations for @arturia_official is out now. Really glad to see this one finally out in the world. I contributed presets to the bank and composed the main demo track, which Arturia ended up placing first on the release page. Arturia has been part of my musical life for a long time. Their instruments have shaped a lot of how I hear, write, and approach sound, so being invited to contribute to that world feels quietly meaningful. House Explorations is a deep house-focused bank for Pigments built around warm basslines, punchy chords, fluid leads, pads, sequences, and enough movement to keep things alive without losing the groove. Big thanks to the Arturia sound design team for having me involved in this one. ♥️ @arturia_official

// Klevgrand, 2026 . . . Organic Hyperpop for @klevgrand is out now. This started as long, hands on recording sessions: breaking bottles, tearing paper, messing with water and ice, then pushing it all through modern sound design and Eurorack until it hit hard while still feeling physical. I wanted a kit that tries to escape the grid a bit. More motion, more unpredictability, still controlled enough to use in real tracks. Everyday textures and tactile foley, transformed for hyperpop, electronic, experimental, and contemporary pop productions. Thanks to the @klevgrand team for the trust. This was a fun one. // Native Instruments, 2025 . . . A highlight from last summer: I contributed presets to @nativeinstruments Massive X, working closely with the NI sound design team. It shipped as part of the Hyperpop Leads expansion. Fast, expressive lead patches with plenty of movement and performance macros, with a few nods to the genre’s hallmarks. Massive X is a deep and complex beast, so the fun part was making sounds that felt immediate and playable while still rewarding anyone who wants to go under the hood and push them further. NI was one of the first brands that got me into production nearly 20 years ago, so this one felt properly full circle.

✨💽 New pack out!!! Driftscape by @dokkodo.sounds & @wakeupcomakid 〰️ This collection was born from a desire to capture the in-between spaces of sound. The textures that hover, shift, and evolve. At the core lies the electric guitar, transformed through a chain of pedals like the Chroma Console, Microcosm, Big Sky, and Avalanche Run, where familiar tones dissolve into expansive atmospheres. Layered into these performances are re-sampled fragments of analog life: the warmth of tape hiss, the hum of circuitry, and incidental ground noise, woven as subtle textures rather than imperfections. Eurorack modules designed for ambient soundscapes expanded the palette further, offering organic movement, electronic sounds and evolving drones. Granular synthesis played a central role throughout - both with hardware and digital tools - to stretch, scatter, and reimagine sounds into something new. Every layer was carefully sculpted to create a toolkit that's supposed to feel alive, spacious, and inspiring.

✨💽 New pack out!!! @dokkodo.sounds & @wakeupcomakid 〰️ Comakid is an Italian-born sound designer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who has spent much of his adult life in London, where he refined his craft and musical sensibilities. His career includes solo music releases, playing in bands, and composing for films, exhibitions, and other visual projects. As an official Ableton Sound Partner, he creates sounds, packs, and presets for the platform, while also collaborating with leading plugin and software companies. His sample packs are widely available through major labels and distributors.   Dokkodo Sounds is a producer, sound designer, and multi-instrumentalist known for his immersive and emotive approach to music. With a career rooted in crafting intricate soundscapes and genre-blending productions, Dokkodo has built a reputation for his work in ambient, electronic, and experimental music. He is an award-nominated composer within sync, as well as a prolific sample maker.    For this pack, we decided to take a collaborative approach by creating an initial palette of sounds - one-shots, loops, music ideas and song starters - that we exchanged to inspire each other. Each of us then used both our own sounds and the other’s material to compose new music. We believe the final pack is a great representation of this creative process.   On the analog side, Comakid relied heavily on the UDO Super 6 for synths and pads, the MS20 for bass, and a mix of digital synthesis and Eurorack modular synthesis for drums and abstract textures. Dokkodo explored the rich tones of the Moog Grandmother for the deep bass lines and energetic melodic lines. The Minilogue XD covered some of the polyphonic material, combined with other digital synths. Dokkodo also included some of his vocals that have been warped, pitched and processed to fit the electronica soundscapes of the pack. Comakid then re-processed and ran everything back through his modular system - acting as a super open-source effects engine - along with the Microcosm and the Chroma Console by Hologram Electronics.
