If you are new to what I’ve been up to creatively, I have been working on music projects in and out for a long while, never really finishing anything or having anything to show for what I do, do for the past 4 years now I have been putting out compilation of unfinished songs. They aren’t full bodies, just Limbs of songs. However there are a few tracks on Limbs 4 that are pretty close to being full. Limbs 4 is all things I’ve worked on in 2025. I was feeling like I wouldn’t do a Limbs for 2025 because I promised a full project but after having a good conversation with @patrodox about a month or so ago talking about the way we operate creatively I changed my mind. I made a lot of progress towards finding my voice and what feels comfortable and good to sing. I feel like I can still feel a hint of a pack of confidence in my vocals but it was getting better the more I tried things so I wanted to show that, which is why every song in Limbs 4 has my vocals on it. Friday was our sketch class showcase. We had worked hard all fall but really pushed the last two weeks finalizing scripts, pulling together props, rehearsing, and memorizing lines. The sketch I wrote and ended up having to act in was so fun to see come to life (see slide 9). I am very proud of it and the whole show. Thanks Katie, Connor, Zach, Abi, Emma, Cody, David, Richard, Mike, and Vince.

Saturday and Sunday we were in the Rise Cup. Our team Dino Divas wore press-on nails, fake eyelashes, makeup, and tails, then tucked our arms in our shirts to look like t-rexes to compete in an improv comedy tournament which benefited the Transgender Center of the Rockies. We had so much fun and tied for third place! Thanks Emma, Caroline, Patrick, Rise Comedy organizers, and all the other teams. Also bonus thank you to Marcus for giving me a Shiny Meowth in Pokemon Go.

Saturday we also went out dancing for Jared and Olivia’s birthday. “Why is nobody dancing anymore???” as I’m sweating my ass off dancing. Thanks Jared, Olivia, Rach, Katie, Connor, Maddie, Anatasha, Melissa, Jack, Andrea, Mia, and Jared.

Sunday we went to the Lafayette Flea Market. Had a blast looking around and talking. I bought some old radio headphones that still work but are a little tinny, rummikub, and a little print of Picasso’s Boy with a Pipe. Thanks Megan, Alex, and Rach.

I think this weekend has been a culmination of my creative growth recently. Sketch has really helped me better understand how I write. I think that has been my biggest hold up with music making recently, but I think I am going to take a more dialogue approach to lyrics going forward. Improv has really helped me get over my stage fright and performance anxiety, still working on fully getting out of my head but I can feel I am actively getting better. Dancing is just fun and fun is important. And the flea market is a reminder to be looking at and engaging with the world and things curiously.

There’s a photo of me n Rach smoochin. It’s buried in the other slides, and so is this text block. So I’m not sure if this is a soft or hard launch. But she’s great and it brings me joy being around her.
Forever grateful for @papi.muerte inviting me out to Chicago! He showed me around the city, introduced me to his cool friends, and took me to see some great music. I got to kick it with @grocerystorecatastrophe thriving in their new city and @hatsuejpn popped in too! Also got to sneak in a cheeky trip to the chicago sauna sweating my ass off drinking beers with the old russians.
I’m bad at taking photos in the moment so most of my camera roll was filled with all the glass brick I saw and screenshots of chicago facebook marketplace oddities.
Man I love being able to meet up with friends I haven’t seen in a while and not be able to skip a beat. It takes each person knowing themselves and being confident to share that with the other person. I am so glad to be able to do this and have cultivated so many of these relationships in my life. It’s what it’s all about fr.
Limbs 3 is out! Check your spotifys and apple musics or wherever. These are not full bodied songs, just incomplete Limbs that I made throughout the past year.
Also just photodumping because after having put a great amount of effort into a finished music project with @papi.muerte and then moving around the country, music making had taken a back seat. I am a firm believer that good writing comes from a life well lived, so I am focusing on the living part at the moment. I still feel a desire to and purpose from creating but I need to let it ferment in my gut a little. This is why I was hesitant to put out another Limbs this year, but I still made things even though I felt this way so in the spirit of the Limbs projects I’m putting it all out there.
Birthday posting! 26 now! Found out I share a birthday with PJ Harvey so I guess today is top tier artist birthday day. Last year was definitely in the top 25 greatest years of my life. Shoutout to the pals new and old whomst bring me joy. Minecraft later?
@brenttaylorphoto shot me some updated employee portraits for the Colorado studio. Been a month now living out in Denver. Crickets chirp differently out here. Last night of my NYC extended layover @evan0nearth and I had an inspiring conversation at Public Records so I started taking singing lessons. Been getting into a lot of new things and finishing up some things that hopefully will be able to be shared soon.

A fun shoot we pulled together after the fourth of July in Cincinnati. Casually in conversation as one does, Gaubrie told me they could get a suit of armor and a sword- I was like say less let me shoot. Brought in HATSUE and Maya because that’s a no brainer when you want cool photos. Shot it at OMS while everyone was away for the holiday. I think we used the backdrop they had already set up for a pet food shoot. Got locked out of the studio because I put the keys down when I got too excited to get the sword from Gaubrie’s car. Beck came through and saved the day. Had to sit on the photos for a week while I was in Colorado without my computer and it was driving me crazy. Got back to NYC and did my retouching thing.

Wilted flower making way for new blooms.

Received an orchid from work. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to care for it. Soon after bringing it home the flower started to wilt. It was discouraging, but after being in my care a little longer, today I noticed one of the buds had started to bloom. I decided to try and photograph it and as I was taking these photos the wilted flower fell off.
