Hey everyone, after careful consideration I've decided to go up on prices.( I will be going through everything making changes this week.) I've been eating some costs just to try and maintain pricing, but I can't do it anymore. Really high demand, operating costs, material costs, as well as some impatient and/or unsavory customers cost me money. It's like they say, you can have it fast and cheap but not good, you can have it good and cheap, but not fast, or you can have it fast and good but not cheap. I may compromise on communication, but I don't compromise on the quality of my work so wait times are what they are.....long. Not looking to up production in the meantime as it's just me in the shop. I'm already in the shop 7 days a week 12 to 14hrs a day. I can't even show y'all some cool shit I'm working on that someone doesn't throw a fit cuz I havent got theirs out yet. Hopefully this will even everything out and I won't have to deal with that nonsense.
Also I'm no longer communicating with customers through dm AT ALL on IG. Sometimes I take time off from social media. Muffugas think they can ring me at 3am and get mad I don't respond. Email me at [email protected] or use the chat feature on the website. Make sure to leave your email if I don't catch it. If I don't get back to you in a timely manner please reach out again. Also I don't take kindly to ultimatums or being rushed. The next email you'll receive is for a canceled/refunded order.
I am the only one holding this thing together so it is not perfect. I've been accused of being unprofessional and.....well duh! Lol I know I sound like a total dick, but I'm just a regular dude who's trying to figure it all out. I'm living the dream/nightmare making quality wood for folks. Another one going home. I'm not just conjuring up this stuff outta thin air. I cut, shape, and drill everything by hand. Before I do final assembly I polish every screw and piece of brass. Then I finish it off with a gentle kiss. (Not really, but if you want that let me know 😘) I take the same pride and care into my production pieces as I do customs. These things take time and time is in short supply, so it is what it is. Appreciate y'all as always. ✌️

Hey everybody, I havent been in the shop as much as i need to be. Been out of sorts this past week. Trying to be there for my wife and sons. As well as dealing with some emotions. This is my mother in law Cindy. She took me in over 20 years ago and has been there for Sarah (her daughter) and I ever since we started our family. She was loved by alot of people and deservedly so. She was a little kooky at times. She was a fighter, boy was she lol 😉, and she did she fought to the very end. All we have is our memories of her now and we'll never forget her. 💔
With that said, I'm trying to get a bunch of things ready to send out before Christmas. I understand everyone wants to a box full of W.a.s.woodtworks goodies for Christmas. As always thank you for your patience. 🙏
