Today we had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our sweet baby girl.
She was so anxious when we got her and it took a year for her to acclimate, but when she did, she was by my side (and under my feet) always. She loved Miles before he was even born and slept on my pregnant belly every night. Then she was so sweet with him — protective and tolerant. She loved to lay in the sun and would consistently insist the entire family took her for walks. Her favorite food was whatever Miles was eating that night (or cat poop, whatever came first).
We’ll always love you, Gingersnap.
Families first beach trip was a great success! Miles loves the ocean(tide pools the most) and awesome memories were made.
We need a vacation from the vacation 🫠
On a cold day much like today exactly one year ago Miles changed our world forever.This year has flown by and it’s still kind of wild to me that we have a full new human in our lives. He’s the absolute best and so much fun. We are so blessed that he is happy and healthy. It’s been so awesome to see him grow and change and his personality start to shine. It’s truly hard to explain it. @ohmanalive does such an amazing job every single day and watching them together brings me so much joy.
We are so thankful for all the continued support from friends and family. I have no idea how we would do this without y’all!
