He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and [b]buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone. You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot. “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation.” TGBTG 📷 Cred @prempixel_

If you really want to understand how power moves in business, read Who Owns Whom by Robin McGregor. This book doesn’t just talk about companies—it reveals how capital quietly shapes the world. It shows you how what looks like competition on the shelf—three brands, different logos—is often owned by the same parent company. It’s a masterclass in how capital creates the illusion of choice and diversification. You think you’re buying from different companies, but you’re feeding the same machine. If you’re an entrepreneur, investor, or just someone trying to see beyond the surface, this book will change how you view markets, ownership, and power. It’s not just about business—it’s about seeing the hidden structure behind it all.

We often fail to truly appreciate leaders while they are alive. The visionaries who shape our world are often misunderstood, criticized, or even disliked during their time because they dare to think differently, challenge norms, and push boundaries that most of us aren’t ready to confront. These individuals are ahead of their time, creating the foundations for the world we live in today—long before we even realize the importance of their contributions. Are you looking for mentorship from me? Comment the word "Mentor" to get the instructions.

This conversation has been burning. And so many of my friends, partners & colleagues from across the world have reached out to me seeking my clarification on my comments made on @theplatformng While I stand by my comments, I do think that what is needed is for the leaders across Africa to sit in the same room and find each other. Making accusation after accusation, turning those indictments into a political issue, and egging on a confrontation is not going to work. We have to stop trying to be right & focus on hearing each other. For those South Africans with legitimate issues, they deserve to have them ventilated without being dismissed. For our brothers & sisters from the rest of our beautiful contineny who have their own lived legitimate experiences, they should be given space to speak. But, and let there no equivocation, South Africa’s laws (as is the case with the laws of every other country) must be adhered to. I travel our continent more than most. And everywhere I travel, it feels like home. But I also respect the rules and laws of every country that I visit. I respect the laws, the people, the rules & the customs. That doesn't make me “privileged.” It makes me respectful. My view is simple: We can talk, or we can fight. But we can’t do both. My heart is for Africa. My prayer is that Africans do better. We have to do better. We have to be better. If you agree or don’t agree, feel free to comment. Love & Light. VT

At the Africa Real Estate Festival 2026, we didn’t just host conversations, we engineered perspective. Having @vusithembekwayo on our keynote stage was a powerful reminder that Africa’s future will be built by those bold enough to think in systems, not just structures. From capital to clarity, from ambition to execution—this was more than a moment, it was a shift. The room felt it. The continent will reflect it. #AREF2026 #AfricanExcellence #RealEstateAfrica #Leadership #DiasporaInvestment FutureOfAfrica BuiltForImpact

The internet never forgets. Pseudonymity is a myth. When in doubt, silence is also an option.

Heavy truth: In a world that demands we devote every resource to the hustle, we have to remember; while provision is a major part of our role as parents, time with family is the only bottom line that counts.

Great platforms attract great minds. Honored to host @vusithembekwayo at AREF 2026. When the right conversations happen in the right rooms, industries don’t just grow, they evolve. Africa is entering a new phase. And we must be intentional about how we build it. #AREF2026 #ThoughtLeadership #AfricanFuture #PanAfrican

Yesterday, while being shuttled between meetings, it hit me: I have been travelling to Ghana for the past 13years & have never had the OBLIGATORY “Independence Square check-in.” So, I checked in. Immediately after this, I visited the Nkame Nkrumah museum. Left me torn. Our people have a serious problem with constantly betraying our own heroes. I will say more on my next YouTube video. VT
