I remember I started building this car in 2020 with the vision of what it is today. April 2021 literally right after the Honda meet in Orlando I went into kidney failure and any progress on the car halted. The car sat in front of my mom’s house and deteriorated just like the dream. I remember going to sleep at night thinking of if something happen to me and leaving @maximilion a detailed list of my parts and exactly how I wanted the car finished in the event I was no longer here. Sunday @wekfest_usa will be the car’s debut which 4 years ago I could have sworn was going to be my memorial. Sunday will mean a lot to me and the people who saw me suffer 4 years ago up to the smile the day we turned the last bolt on completion. 🤙🏻 @maximilion thank you for helping me put her together. I’m glad I was able to build it with you instead of you doing it alone.
Today marks 20 years that I have worked @nicklaus4kids . What a ride it’s been. I’ve met so many amazing people along the way. Some friends and some I can confidently call my family. I grew up in the hospital in more than one way and I can say this hospital has been for the most part of my life home. Thank you to all that I have had the pleasure of working with and met along the way, you all were part of my growth to who I am today. Here is to the next 20 years 🤙🏻
