I started a project with some friends this week. Project Yessand. 14 days to #seekdiscomfort, grow, and say “yes” to facing fear. Today I went shopping in this ridiculous outfit and had a conversation about the project with a stranger in French. A couple of days ago I hiked a mountain barefoot. In a few days I’m going to do improv in public.
If you’ve never taken the time to sit down and ask yourself, “What is holding me back from facing my fears?”, do it today. And then do something about it. It is one of the most liberating experiences you can imagine. To strip your fear of its power, to take back control of the steering wheel.
Seek Discomfort. Find freedom. ⚡️🦪
