TOMORROW is Czech Beer Day! We are releasing THREE 3️⃣ NEW Czech style lagers!🍻
#1:
Prior Preferred - Steeped in Norristown tradition this Czech style pilsner is a nod to Adam Scheidt’s faithful recreation of the original Pilsen lager. Brewed with Czech ingredients and allowed to lager for at least four weeks this pale lager has soft yet balanced bitterness. Saaz hops are the star of this beer as they lend their delicate spicy and floral aromas to this classic Bohemian style.
#2:
Czech Amber Lager - This malt forward lager is the Vienna lager’s Czech cousin. Built on a blend of Bohemian pilsner as well as light and dark Munich malts to create a complex and malt forward profile. Saaz hops add a touch of spiciness to this copper colored lager.
#3:
Černé Speciál - Our Černé Speciál is a Czech dark style of lager that is rarely seen in the states. The “Speciál” delineation is assigned to beers with a higher starting gravity and abv. Medium to medium full bodied with flavors of toast, coffee, Munich malt, and dark fruit. Fans of our Schwarzbier will love this special limited batch.

This past week we came in SECOND place 🥈 for @norristown_chamber 's Fuel Your Growth Business Pitch Competition. We were one of 5 finalist for the competition.
We received a prize of $5,000 💸 to help us improve our taproom and biergarten for our von C fam!💙 We also received an additional $500 because we won crowd favorite!!🤩
