The day has come. My album Jubilee and first artistic statement as a leader is out on CDs and all streamings. It features Paul Motian alumni Jerome Harris (bass) and Brad Shepik (guitar) along with Timo Vollbrecht (saxophone) and Noah Franche-Nolan (piano). This group came together in March 2022: I will never forget the spirit and commitment, with which all of the band members played then – it opened up something in me, making me want to preserve and document that captivating sound. Pretty unbelievable that I made music with such a special band. I hope you will be able to hear a story within this album, cause that’s what it is to me. Huge thank you for everyone who was has been supporting me along the way. We will be bringing some Jubilee spirit to Nublu @nublunyc , NYC for the album release show on Dec 29 –– I’ll see those of you who will be around there.
