Over the weekend, we had an amazing time with @volta_caf at the Volta School For The Blind & Deaf, Hohoe. By the end of day 1, we had complete canvas that were ready for sealing and accessorizing and by Day 2, we had 12 finished bags! It was uplifting to watch these kids create handmade items with so much enthusiasm and passion. To say that I’m proud of these kids is an Understatement. Day 1 | Vivid Dreams Project We were welcomed by the school authorities, who helped in facilitating the project. We started by sandpapering the walls, mixing the paints and sectioning the areas for the new Mural designs. The kids wanted to take part in the project, so we had a teacher translate every process. This initiative was done to add color to the institution and shed some light on the need for support needed. This is just the 1st Phase.
