@volsteads is where I always point people who are looking for true prohibition era speakeasy. Well, I point them in the direction, they gotta find it. Find the steel door with the red light on, knock 3 times, and you’re in. It’s been around since my Uptown living days over 10 years ago. But now it’s ushering in a new era with owner @madamebessiesnow keeping the authenticity of the space alive while bringing fresh entertainment — as well as a new food menu from @chef.marisol.mpls . It’s a must if you’ve never been. Located down an alley and tucked away around a corner, in and around the Lyn-Lake intersection, kinda sorta. I’m not telling you exactly where cause what fun is that. But *PSSST* this reel is geotagged.
