UNIQUE NEW YORK! idk why but I can’t truly say unique without thinking that and my goodness this product is unique.
@akuse_pomade_ only has this one OB offering so far as I can tell and it does not feel like anything I’ve tried before. Between the branding of a dapper monster, the scent reminiscent of a really high end barbershop lounge that has a private poker game in the back and rare antiques out in the open, a scoop and breakdown that makes you nervous almost like a mushy candle, but then it applies like a creamy balm. Somehow it has a really light hold and I would say only slightly more than natural sheen.
Overall a few days of using this and my hair feels nourished and it washes out easily with normal shampoo so I really dig it, just beware it may take 3+ chonky scoops to achieve more hold.
If you are a collector or enthusiast this is absolutely one to try as it is one of the more interesting things I’ve styled with yet.
Innovate new crap, play with fun formulas that other brands wouldn’t, throw a banger scent on a OB pre styler cause it’s not popular yet and I will throw my money at you!

It’s not often I actually shave. To the point where now it’s basically a whole production and I like to use the time as intentional self care.
