Dedicated volunteer mentors provide low-threshold support to families, helping prevent overload and fostering children’s development.
The funding enables regular shared activities—such as outings, picnics, and creative programs—creating meaningful moments and strengthening bonds. 🧺
🇧🇷 Brazil
The Catavento Project, supported by the Voith Brazil Foundation, helps children and young people stay out of child labor by offering a safe and structured environment outside school hours. 📚
At the same time, families benefit from financial support, vocational training, and job placement assistance—promoting independence, income generation, and long-term social development.
🇨🇳 China
In China, our Eco Guardians Project brings Voith employees and their children together to protect the environment. 🌱
Kids become 🌍 Eco Guardians, exploring local ecosystems, learning about sustainability, and building awareness for resource conservation.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming around 30 participants from the University for Seniors Schwäbisch Gmünd to Voith in Heidenheim! 🎓
The visit focused on exciting insights into vocational training at Voith 🛠️, a tour of the Training Center, the company premises, and the Brunnenmühle with its museum and Hydro Technology R&D Center 🏛️🔬.
Bernhard Kohl guided the group through the interesting program, bringing the dialogue between generations and technology to life 🤝💡.

Celebrating 141 Years of Hanns Voith! 🎉 To mark this special day, students from the Hanns Voith School spent a special day at the historic Eisenhof in Heidenheim. During a guided tour, they explored the impressive rooms, learned about the building’s history, and heard personal stories that brought Voith’s past to life. A special moment was sitting at the conference table where top management still meets today. The afternoon ended with cake, shared memories, and lively conversations.
A meaningful connection between history, present, and lived tradition.
We’re proud to mark a new milestone in talent development & education collaboration between Voith Paper China and the College of Light Industry and Food Engineering at Nanjing Forestry University. 🎓

We are happy to announce that Denise Kurtulus will take on the role of CEO of Voith Turbo and join the Corporate Board of Management, effective September 1, 2026.
With her many years of experience in drive technology - particularly in sales, service, and strategic business development - she will further develop the technology portfolio and strengthen the division’s position in key markets. She joins Voith from Rolls-Royce Power Systems, where she most recently was responsible for the Marine and Mining businesses.

✍️ 💬 Writing applications, attending interviews, getting to know companies: this is what around 120 students from the Eugen Gauss Realschule were able to try out in our Training Center in Heidenheim today.
On site, they had the opportunity to inform themselves about apprenticeship and study opportunities, held prepared job interviews with different companies and were thus able to take their first steps towards the world of work. 🎓
A great day to gain realistic insights and build confidence in the application process.
During National Apprenticeship Week, we recognize the importance of hands-on experience and skill development. During @der_girlsday and @zukunftstag at #Voith, it was all about getting hands-on instead of just watching. 🔧🤖 These career exploration days give young students the opportunity to discover different professions and gain early insights into possible career paths.
At various Voith locations, students experienced technology up close: working with robots, trying out CAD and 3D printing, and creating their own workpieces. By actively taking part and exchanging ideas with apprentices, they discovered just how exciting and diverse technical careers can be. ✨
A day full of new experiences that sparked curiosity about technology and future careers.
