Big moves in Angel this Thursday 📍
We’re heading to @thepocketn1 - recently crowned London’s Best New Pub by Time Out - to officially launch our lineup of experimental beers.
To celebrate, we’re pouring an exclusive first look at our debut small-batch brew: Northern Lake.
Northern Lake is a Sahti, a legendary Finnish style dating back to the 1300s. Brewed on our experimental 15hl system, this is a smooth, copper pour featuring:
🌾 Spicy Rye Malt
🌿 Fresh Juniper Berries
✨ Subtle piney finish with Belgian-style yeast character
This kit was built for total creative freedom, and we couldn’t think of a better spot to showcase the first result than with the award-winning team at The Pocket.
