At the end of last year, #VocalPointer Samantha Seager won Best Supporting Actress at the UK Film Awards for her role in Invincible.
The team behind the film also took home Best Drama, with Samantha’s close friend Emma Croft winning Best Director. Triple whoop!🎉
Invincible was born during lockdown, when the world slowed and creativity found space to grow. While waiting to return to the West End, Samantha decided to adapt a play she had worked on eight years earlier into a film.
Embracing the limitations of the moment, she and Emma produced the film in Samantha’s East London home, taking a self-funded, micro-budget approach that included crowdfunding and Kickstarter support.
We know how much hard work has gone into this project, and we couldn’t be prouder!

We’re delighted to share that #VocalPointer Blanche Anderson features in the BBC’s new Christmas animation, Pudsey and the Thread of Hope. Blanche plays Susan, Ellie’s mum, alongside a stellar cast including Diversity’s Ashley Banjo, Jessica Gunning, Blue Peter’s Shini Muthukrishnan and Nikesh Patel.
