Ellesmere ResidenZe PROJECT COMPLETE The latest DZ Brisbane home is now complete. A contemporary design that honours the character of its neighbourhood while introducing a refined modern Mediterranean aesthetic. The home expresses a calm, contemporary character through clean rectilinear forms with soft edges, thoughtful use of light, shade, a minimal palette of white render, clean lines and subtle textural variation and proportion. Vertical battens, deep reveals and soft subtropical landscaping complete a façade that feels both modern and warmly connected to its context.  Created for a family who loves to entertain, the home offers generous dual‑level living: a ground floor with bedrooms, gym, rumpus, utilities, and a seamless connection to the landscaped pergola and spa, and an upper level dedicated to light‑filled living, dining, master suite, guest bedrooms and retreat spaces. A sculptural stair void anchors the top floor, bringing natural light deep into the kitchen and living areas. By raising the original house, the project unlocks sweeping views of the Brisbane city skyline & Westend to create space for a contemporary three-level family home. A white framed band housing Vertical bronze aluminium battens provide a feature facade skin to the exterior, creating arched openings shaping a rhythmic play of light and shadow, providing privacy, filtering sunlight, and giving the home a sleek, modern edge while the top level has be brought back to life respecting its heritage roots, with an open laced varandah on show to capture the city views. DA APPROVED NEW FAMILY RUN TREE & PLANT NURSERY We are thrilled to announce that the plans for a new family-run nursery has received Development Approval in Logan. The new nursery building has a sleek, modern design with large glass windows to let in plenty of natural light in the indoor space. The flat roof with wooden accents adds warmth to the clean cut building form. Surrounded by lush greenery, the nursery blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The new concrete driveway & ramp leads up to the entrance, making it easy for customers to visit and explore the diverse range of plants. A coffee shop has been planned for the inside for customers to relax and enjoying a cup of coffee while they browse their desired plant purchases. They plan to offer everything from flowering shrubs to indoor plants, climbers, palms, natives, conifers, screening plants, hedges, feature trees, and beyond in the nursery yard.
